If your question is about a booking you have already made — changing a date, cancelling, a meeting point or a weather cancellation — please contact the tour operator, GetYourGuide, Booking.com or your hotel directly. We are an independent guide, not a tour operator or travel agency, and we have no access to your booking.
We do not run the Château d'If or the boats to it. For opening times on a particular day, accessibility arrangements or lost property, contact the monument or the shuttle operator. In an emergency in France, call 112.
